Sujata Yadav, who had worked at Citi for 13 years, has joined the $10 billion-asset Eastern as its head of consumer lending, the bank said in a Monday press release.

Yadav succeeded Kenneth Dyment, who recently retired, a bank spokesman said. He is 65.

Yadav was most recently head of sales growth for Citi Cards North America. Before that she worked in the consumer banking division as part of product management and marketing and business development. She began her banking career at Citi in Mumbai, India, in 2003.
