PRA Group, a Norfolk, Va.-based debt buyer, announced Monday that Michelle Link, the company’s chief human resources officer, has been named to Human Resource Executive magazine’s 2015 HR Honor Roll.
Link’s 2015 HR Honor Roll profile, titled "Data- and Relationship-Driven," was featured in a recent issue of Human Resource Executive magazine.
"When Michelle joined PRA in 2011, she quickly established her role as a leader by restructuring and staffing the human resources department to accommodate our rapid growth, including several international acquisitions driving our strategy of global expansion. Her vision for PRA is always evolving and expanding to reflect our daily operations and our compliance standards,” said Steve Fredrickson, chairman and CEO of PRA Group.
Link previously held executive positions in human resources with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and Amerigroup Corp.
