Farmer to Head Comerica Wealth Unit

Comerica Inc. announced Wednesday that Curtis C. Farmer will succeed Dennis J. Mooradian as head of the wealth and institutional management division.

Mr. Mooradian, an executive vice president, is retiring Feb. 28.

Mr. Farmer, 46, has worked for Comerica since October as an executive vice president. Before that he was an executive vice president and wealth management director for Wachovia Corp.

Mr. Mooradian, 61, has worked for Comerica since November 2003. Before that he was chairman and co-chief executive officer of Wells Fargo Investment LLC and head of its financial consultant advisory group.

Comerica, based in Dallas, had $67.5 billion of assets on Dec. 31.
