Four Oaks Fincorp in Four Oaks, N.C., has named Deanna Hart chief financial officer of the company and its bank.
Hart, 37, has been acting CFO of the $722 million-asset company since the beginning of the month,
Hart will become CFO for the holding company and Four Oaks Bank & Trust on Oct. 1.
“Deanna has been an integral part of the management team and a key contributor since she joined the bank twelve years ago,” David Rupp, chief executive, said in a news release.
Hart has been Four Oaks' controller since January 2014; she joined the company in 2003.
