Commerce Banc Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Cherry Hill, N.J., based Commerce Bancorp, announced Tuesday it hired several senior executives as part of a regional expansion of its employee benefits business.
Commerce Banc Insurance's employee benefits unit offers insurance brokerage and consulting services, administrative services and health & wellness programs for employers and employees.
Michael Young will serve as senior vice president and co-practice leader of its large employer practice. Mr. Young was a senior vice president of health and welfare plans management for Aon Consulting in Syracuse, N.Y.
Elizabeth A. McConney was named senior vice president and practice leader of the middle market employer segment. Ms. McConney was a senior vice president and client management practice leader for Aon Consulting in Philadelphia.
William A. Martorano will serve as a senior vice president and the administrative and outsourcing services practice leader. Mr. Martorano was chief of operations, administration and technology for ASRM LLC, a New Jersey third party insurance administrator.
