Deutsche Asset Management's U.S. unit announced Thursday that it had hired a wholesaler from Fidelity Investments and another from Franklin Templeton Investments.
DWS Scudder, which is based in New York, said it hired Richard David Jameison Jr. and Jason P. Caruso. Mr. Jameison and Mr. Caruso, from Fidelity and Franklin Templeton, respectively, were top-five-producing wholesalers based on sales for 2005 and this year to date.
Mr. Jameison was a senior vice president at Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Co. Inc., where he worked for 12 years. Mr. Caruso was a vice president at Franklin Templeton.
Deutsche Asset Management had $650 billion of assets under management at June 30.
