The Colorado company's products will be available on Envestnet's wealth management platform, and its customers will have access to Envestnet's unified managed account platform. Envestnet's customers will have access to Fixed Income Securities' managed accounts.
The companies also plan product launches, including a series of structured and customizable fixed-income portfolios.
Envestnet, which has offices in Denver, Los Angeles, New York, and internationally, had $30 billion of assets under management and administration on Sept. 30.
Fixed Income Securities has offices in California, Kansas, New York, and Texas.
