Using both on-line and telephonic features, the wellness program is built around four health-care-related categories: fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Members are to begin the program by completing an on-line health and well-being assessment, which evaluates risks and scores habits within the four categories.

Based on their responses, members are identified as healthy or at risk. If at risk, they will begin to receive advice and guidance through personalized e-mails and telephone support.

Participants who score low overall in health and well-being are to be assigned a personal coach as their primary point of contact in the year-long program. All coaches are licensed nurses who specialize in key areas of the program.
