ICBA Financial Services, the retail investment and insurance services company of the Independent Community Bankers of America, said it will offer private wealth management services through its investment banking partner, Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett.

The services will be tailored to the needs of community bank owners, executives, and directors and will be offered under the umbrella of ICBA Financial Services' bank director and executive offerings.

The arrangement was announced Monday.
