Independent Financial Marketing Group Inc. in Purchase, N.Y., has announced the promotion of James P. Kirrane to national sales director.
In the newly created post, Mr. Kirrane is to focus on the company's strategic plan to create an "ease of doing business" environment for its field sales force and lead an expanded internal sales support team, IFMG said on Monday.
He will also be responsible for guiding financial institution clients in product selection for their investment and insurance programs.
Mr. Kirrane joined IFMG from American Mayflower Life, where he was the vice president of marketing, and was named a senior vice president before his promotion.
IFMG supplies a portfolio of investment and insurance products to banks, savings and loans, and credit unions nationwide.
