ING Group NV has hired Eric Baldwin, a Key Investment Services executive, to run regional bank distribution of its fixed annuities.
Mr. Baldwin joined the Des Moines fixed annuity team as vice president and head of regional bank distribution, ING said last week. He is based in Milan, Ohio, and will manage the team from there.
He will focus on "developing and strengthening relationships with regional banks, community banks, and bank-focused third-party distributors," ING said.
The Pennsylvania-based regional bank said it will collaborate with OpenAI to deploy artificial intelligence across its commercial banking operations. OpenAI technical teams will be onsite to build custom AI capabilities.
