Ingalls Health System of Harvey, Ill., which runs Ingalls Memorial Hospital, has picked MassMutual Retirement Services of Springfield, Mass., as the new full-service provider for its retirement plans.
Ingalls has three plans: a 403(b) with 2,700 eligible participants and $52 million of assets; a 401(k); and a nonqualified plan.
MassMutual will provide 18 investment options from nine managers. It will also provide daily value record keeping and full administrative services, including 24-hour online access to plan-level and participant-level information; plan-audit support and compliance testing; personalized enrollment and education programs; and a voice-response telephone system.
The deal was announced Wednesday. In July, for the fourth consecutive year, U.S. News & World Report named Ingalls Memorial one of America's best hospitals.
