Integrity Mutual Funds Inc. in Minot, N.D., announced that its founder, Robert E. Walstad, who is also its chief executive and the chairman of its board of directors, is retiring Thursday.
Mr. Walstad, 62, will be named chairman emeritus and remain a director and/trustee of the company's family of mutual funds. Mark R. Anderson, Integrity's president and chief operating officer, will become director and CEO.
Mr. Anderson, 42, worked for Integrity from 1995 to 1999, was a personal trust officer for Wells Fargo Bank from 1999 to 2003, then rejoined Integrity. Mr. Walstad founded Integrity Mutual Funds in 1987. Integrity announced the executive changes Monday.
