Jackson National Life Insurance Co. in Lansing, Mich., said Monday that it had introduced Ultimate Investor, a flexible-premium variable universal life product.
Ultimate Investor was developed to give advisers options for helping their clients meet specific financial needs such as wealth transfer, estate tax protection, and charitable giving.
The product offers 43 investment options from 14 money managers; a tiered compensation structure, as well as a no-sales-charge product companion for fee-only advisers; and a guaranteed minimum death benefit rider that assures coverage for 20 years or until the insured reaches 65, whichever is longer, provided that premium requirements are met.
In March 2004, Jackson National entered the variable life insurance marketplace with Perspective Investor, its first variable universal life contract.
