JPMorgan Investor Services appointed Michael J. Leary Tuesday to oversee its compliance solutions program, which is designed to support clients' chief compliance officers.
Mr. Leary, who has worked 11 years at the New York company, will be a liaison between clients' compliance chiefs and JPMorgan Investor Services' operational teams.
During his time at JPMorgan Investor Services, Mr. Leary has managed a variety of fund servicing functions for key clients, including treasury, compliance, board governance, and financial tax services. Previously, he was an audit manager at Ernst & Young, and he is a certified public accountant. JPMorgan Investor Services is a division of JPMorgan Chase Bank. It has $8.5 trillion of assets under custody.
