Jackson National Life Insurance Co. has launched a retirement and wealth strategies group.
The unit is "dedicated to helping advisers better address their clients' evolving retirement planning needs," the Denver life insurer said Monday.
Peter Radloff, who was vice president of advanced markets for Jackson National Life Distributors LLC, will run the group. He will continue to oversee the advanced markets team, which will be folded into the retirement unit.
The 10 members of the new group have backgrounds in financial planning, legal issues, accounting, and annuity sales.
Jackson National Life had $70 billion of assets as of June 30.
