Pacific Life Insurance Co. in Newport Beach, Calif., said that it has named Dennis L. Bahlmann and Mary M. Hawkins the assistant vice presidents of new business services and the Nebraska operations center, respectively.
Mr. Bahlmann joined Pacific Life in 2003 as the director of risk selection responsible for the management of life insurance underwriting in the division's independent producer channel, the company said on Friday. In his new role he gets a leadership role in managing the risk selection function for new business.
In her new role Ms. Hawkins is responsible for developing and managing annuity and mutual fund division operations in Pacific Life's new Omaha regional business center. She joined Pacific Life in 2003 and was the division's operations director, with responsibility for the new business, contract administration, and licensing and commissions departments.
