Scudder Investments in Chicago introduced Scudder Pathway Growth Plus Portfolio on Monday, the latest entry in the Pathway Series of fund-of-funds products that use asset allocation strategies.
The growth-plus option seeks to diversify into a pool of Scudder mutual funds spanning a range of asset classes including core equity, international, large-cap value, large-cap growth, small-cap growth, specialty, and money market funds. Though Pathway Growth Plus Portfolio's target asset allocation is primarily within Scudder equity funds, the investment managers have the flexibility to allocate up to 30% of its holdings in Scudder fixed-income portfolios.
Scudder Pathway Series is managed by a team of asset allocation executives who use fundamental research and forward-looking views available to them from Deutsche Asset Management investment teams. Scudder Investments is the U.S. retail brand for Deutsche Asset Management.
