New York Life Insurance Co. has added four retirement income specialists to its wholesale team to increase distribution of its annuities through banks.
The specialists, who joined the insurer Wednesday, will work with bank representatives to help increase sales of the MainStay Lifetime Income Annuity, New York Life said.
The retirement income specialists will provide bank representatives with additional resources for education and industry information on the annuities, the company said. The specialists also will accompany bank representatives on client meetings, conduct seminars, and offer bank representatives strategies on reaching target clients.
