Transamerica Investment Management LLC has announced the hiring of David J. Hogan to be vice president, institutional fixed-income sales.
Mr. Hogan will be responsible for sales and marketing in all institutional channels, including investment consulting firms, the Los Angeles company said on Wednesday. Its assets under management at Sept. 30 topped $20 billion, including $7.9 billion of fixed-income investments.
Before joining Transamerica, Mr. Hogan was vice president and marketing director for six years at Bradford & Marzec Inc., a fixed-income investment firm in Los Angeles. He also has worked in the institutional investment management group of Cigna Retirement and Investment Services.
