Trustmark Group Insurance in Lake Forest, Ill., has announced the promotion of David J. Flores to vice president and head of the company's sales to employer groups with 51 to 99 employees.

Trustmark has created a separate business unit whose employees are to provide health plans and service for employers in this category.
Mr. Flores joined Trustmark in 1999 as the sales director for the individual medical division and Starmark subsidiary. Trustmark Group Insurance, a division of Trustmark Life Insurance Co., targets employer groups with 51-500 employees in multiple sites.
