Equity Services Inc. introduced a unified managed account platform to enhance its fee-based offerings.
The Montpelier, Vt., broker-dealer and registered investment adviser is offering the platform through FundQuest Inc., the Boston investment management unit of BNP Paribas SA.
The fee-based asset management program, Voyager, offers mutual funds, exchange traded funds, index funds, and separately managed accounts. The accounts allow advisers to incorporate these products into a single platform.
FundQuest is launching UMA capabilities for seven clients this quarter, including banks, insurance companies, trust companies, independent broker-dealers, and registered investment advisers. It had $30 billion of assets under management and administration as of Sept. 30.
