NSM Insurance Group, a Conshohocken, Pa., insurance program administrator and brokerage company, said Wednesday that it had promoted Bill McKernan to president.
He succeeds his brother, Geof McKernan, 46, who remains the chief executive officer and retains primary responsibility for strategic planning, insurance carrier relations, program development, and acquisitions.
Bill McKernan, 38, has worked at NSM for 20 years, most recently as executive vice president.
NSM Insurance Group is a national property and casualty insurance brokerage firm.
