Bank of New York Mellon Corp. said it has promoted Troy Kilpatrick to president of its Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co.
He succeeded Michael Klugman, who has retired, the company said last week.
Mr. Kilpatrick, who has worked for Bank of New York Mellon since 1999, was the head of the corporate and municipal finance group within its global corporate trust business.
Bank of New York Mellon Trust has 38 offices across the country.
The parent company had $20.2 trillion of assets under custody and administration, including $928 billion of assets under management, as of Dec. 31.
