State Street Global Advisors introduced the SPDR S&P Emerging Markets Dividend ETF and the SPDR Barclays Capital Emerging Markets Local Bond ETF on Thursday.

"Against a backdrop of historically low Treasury yields, demand for precise exposure to innovative debt and dividend instruments is climbing," said James Ross, a senior managing director and the State Street unit's global head of SPDR exchange-traded funds.
The dividend fund tracks the S&P Emerging Markets Dividend Opportunities Index, and the local bond fund tracks the Barclays Capital EM Local Current Government Diversified Index.
