SunTrust Investment Services Inc., a unit of SunTrust Banks Inc. of Atlanta, has hired Steven Turtz as president of SunTrust Insurance Services Inc.
Mr. Turtz was the president of Comerica Bank Insurance Services. Before that he was the western region head for Highland Capital and western regional manager of Wells Fargo Insurance. Mr. Turtz is based in Atlanta and reports to John Rhett, the chairman of SunTrust Investment Services. His hiring was announced Tuesday.
