Fair Isaac Corp. said Friday that it will consolidate its 370 employees in downtown Minneapolis and Arden Hills, Minn., into one campus in Roseville, Minn.
The company, which provides analytics to measure credit risk and other services including FICO credit assessment scores, said employees will be relocated into a 93,000-square-foot building at Rosedale Corporate Plaza.
FICO's move comes as several firms in the area have moved to downtown Minneapolis, taking advantage of competitive rents, mass transit and space freed up as larger employers downsized.
FICO's new campus will include two of the office park's five buildings, according to Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, which represented the owner of the building, Commonwealth REIT.
Fair Isaac spokeswoman Kate Blatt said in a statement, "The consolidation will encourage greater cross-functional teamwork and lower operating costs."
Fair Isaac first established a presence in the Twin Cities with is acquisition of St. Paul-based Dynamark Inc. in 1992.
