Oregon Community Credit Union has used Online Resources Corp.'s bill payment for six years. In a new deal with the vendor, it's bringing the offering up to date.
The Springfield-based credit union has signed a multi-year agreement with ORCC to use Architect Digital Banking, a product that allows it to unify the banking and bill-payment experience and add features such as personal financial management and social media integration.
"For the past six years, ORCC has supported our efforts to provide members a secure and efficient way to make payments, and as our members' needs evolve, Architect Digital Banking will allow us to customize our interactions and grow our online and mobile channels," said Darrell Stark, the credit union's chief retail operations officer, in a press release May 29.
The Chantilly, Va.-based vendor's Architect product also allows the credit union to add features to keep pace with industry trends.
