Brian Boardman, Consulting Director in the Revenue Enhancement Solutions group has over 30 years of experience working at and consulting for financial institutions of all sizes in the areas of Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Credit Card, Merchant Services and Capital Management. As part of the Fiserv Revenue Enhancement Group, Boardman assists senior executives at financial institutions of all sizes with the development, implementation, and realization of significant revenue improvement opportunities. In the three years that he has been at Fiserv, Boardman and his team have provided over $50 million in annualized value of implementable, revenue generating opportunities.† For his career, he has provided over $500 million in revenue generating, cost reduction and capital efficiency opportunities.
Prior to Fiserv, Boardman worked as Consulting Services Director at Automated Financial Systems (AFS), in Exton, Pennsylvania, where he managed the business line responsible for various consulting engagements in capital management, cash management, check/image processing, loan operations and float management. He was responsible for a commercial banking consulting practice, which consisted of revenue enhancement and cost reduction projects focused primarily on lending, treasury and cash management and operations. In this role, he managed the budget and products of the business line and provided sales support to the sales staff.
In the past, Boardman held positions at Profit Technologies Corporation in Huntersville, North Carolina (primarily revenue enhancement focused), and Bank of New York (formerly Irving Trust Company) in New York, New York (within the Deposit Services Division).
He received a Bachelorís Degree in Business Economics from Miami University of Ohio. Boardman is a frequent speaker at Fiserv Forum as well as various User Group and Industry conferences. He has authored articles and conducted webinars in his areas of expertise.
