Chuck has over thirty years experience in the financial services industry and has been with U.S. Bank (f.k.a. Firstar, f.k.a. Star Bank) since 1987. He has line responsibility for the U.S. Bank’s seven hundred  and fifty plus in-store locations and eighty plus on-site locations. He has managed the In-Store and On-Site line of business since 1995.

U.S. Bank’s in-stores and on-sites are located in twenty-two states with fifty-three different retail grocery partners and sixty-five on-site partners. In-Store and On-Site branches continue to be an important piece of U.S. Bank’s delivery strategy and one of the highest growth businesses in U.S. Bank.

Chuck is a frequent speaker at In-store Banking conferences across the United States, having spoken on topics ranging from “Branch Profitability” to “Alternative Delivery” to “Employee Motivation”.

Chuck lives in Sevierville, Tennessee.  He has been married to Paula for 35 years. They have four grown, married children and 6 grandchildren.
