Dennis Devine

Executive Vice President, Consumer & Small Business Segment

Dennis A. Devine is Executive Vice President and leads Key’s Consumer & Small Business Segment.  He is responsible for business performance and strategic direction of Key’s retail businesses across 14 states and nearly 2 million clients.  His team’s responsibilities include consumer and small business client segmentation and product development; the online, mobile, branch, telephone, and ATM channels; Key Investment Services; KeyBank Mortgage; and Sales and Service Development and Operations.  Key’s Small Business Segment serves clients with annual revenues up to $3 million.

Prior to joining Key, Dennis served as Group Executive Vice President and Director of U.S. Distribution at Citizens Financial Group. In this role, he was responsible for business performance and management of all customer-facing channels across the 12-state Citizens franchise. His teams included 1,400 retail branches, business banking, wealth management, online and mobile banking, telephone contact centers, the ATM network, external partnership management and distribution support.

Previously, Dennis was at PNC Bank where he held senior leadership roles in Retail and Business Banking, as well as serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Retail Bank. Earlier, Dennis spent time at McKinsey & Company, Inc. where he advised executive leadership of global companies on corporate and business strategy as well as pricing and marketing strategy.  He had earlier practiced as an attorney at Jones Day.

Dennis graduated from Harvard Law School magna cum laude and a recipient of the Sears Prize, and from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science.
