Ginger Siegels career has focused primarily on change and starting new initiatives. She started her career with Eli Lilly and Company after graduating from University of Illinois. After 8 years, she changed directions in her career by joining Citigroup to start their Healthcare Division focusing on medical and dental practices and their banking needs.
Her career with Citi spanned 22 years, most recently moving to New York after spending her life living in Chicago, to run the Business Banking Division for the U.S. for Citigroup. In 2006, Ginger joined Washington Mutual to build out their new small business sales organization, hiring over 500 people in a year and a half and developing training to create a focus for the 2200 branches around the small business space.
In 2009, after a career with large financial services organizations, Ginger joined a small regional bank in Connecticut, Webster Bank, to build out their Business Banking organization. Most recently, Ginger ran the Business Banking organization for RBC Bank, a Southeastern bank headquartered in Raleigh, NC. PNC acquired RBC in March 2012 and Ginger is currently the Business Banking Treasury Management Executive for the entire PNC footprint.
