Kyle Barnett is the Head of Personal and Small Business Sales Force Effectiveness for BMO Harris Bank, which has over 2 million customers and 650 bank branches located across 7 states. BMO Harris is part of BMO Financial Group, one of North America’s leading financial service providers.
Mr. Barnett joined BMO Harris Bank in 2010 when he was recruited to develop and deploy sales performance operating model for the branch network. This robust and high-performing model is focused on achieving significant and ongoing improvement in productivity, customer experience and financial results. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank, Mr. Barnett worked for Citizens Financial Group (part of Royal Bank of Scotland) where he had a variety of roles in Business Banking including front line sales management, business strategy and sales support.
Mr. Barnett holds a BA from SwarthmoreCollege and earned his MBA from HarvardBusinessSchool. He was selected to the Crain’s Chicago Business 40 under 40 in 2011.
