Titi Cole

Titi Cole is the Payments Solutions Executive for Bank of America.Cole’s responsibilities include developing an end to end business strategy and execution roadmap for the payments business at Bank of America. She is also responsible for the debit business and electronic and emerging payments product portfolio. Prior to this role, she led the consumer checking business with responsibility for product management, customer acquisition and retention, revenue and loss management, and controls and monitoring for the consumer checking business.Cole joined the bank in 2010 and prior to that was SVP, Group Executive retail product management, operations and strategy at Harris Bank in Chicago. In this role, she was responsible for product management, pricing and P&L management for all products offered to retail customers. Her responsibilities also included branch operations, performance management and strategic planning for the retail bank.Prior to Harris, she was a senior engagement manager and practice manager in the financial institutions group at McKinsey & Company. She primarily served retail banking and credit card clients in the United States, Canada and Australia on growth, mergers and acquisitions and change management strategies.She has a masters’ degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate school of Management, and an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Ibadan.
