First Financial Caribbean Corp. San Juan, appointed Zoila Levis to replace Salomon Levis as president.
Mr. Levis will retain the title of chairman and chief executive officer of the mortgage banking company.
Mrs. Levis was president of First Financial Caribbean's HF division and executive vice president of the parent company.
In addition to president, Mrs. Levis has been named to the board, replacing David Levis, who resigned to "devote more of his time to various nonbusiness interests, primarily in the area of charitable civic and cultural affairs."
