Integra, Equimark delay merger votes.

PITTSBURGH - Integra Financial Corp. and Equimark Corp. have rescheduled their respective special shareholders meetings to approve their merger.

The date has been moved to Dec. 14 from the previously announced Nov. 23.

Equimark changed the record date for shareholders entitled to vote to Nov. 5. Integra's record date remained Sept. 24.

Integra, which has $10.5 billion in assets and 233 banking offices, expects to merge with Equimark, which has $2.9 billion in assets and 53 offices.
