Pacific Southwest Bank, Corpus Christi, Tex., has promoted Bobby Hashaway to executive vice president and chief financial officer and Wallace H. Emerson to executive vice president and chief credit officer.
Mr. Hashaway is responsible for financial administration and strategic planning for the bank's core lines of business, including commercial and retail banking, mortgage banking, and real estate management.
Mr. Hashaway was formerly senior vice president for corporate planning with Bank One Texas, Dallas.
Mr. Emerson's responsibilities have been expanded to include oversight of credit underwriting for the bank.
In addition, he has responsibility for the Shoreline banking center in Corpus Christi, and the Richmond and Bellaire banking centers in Houston.
