HUNT VALLEY, Md. - Integrated Health Services Inc. said it has closed a $100 million revolving credit facility provided by a Citicorp unit as agent.
The other banks were Bank of Nova Scotia, Signet Bank Maryland, Creditanstalt-Bankverein, CoreStates Bank, First Union National Bank of North Carolina, and NationsBank of Tennessee.
The facility replaces a $50 million revolving credit and will mature in April 2000. The $100 million will be used to finance the health care company's working capital requirements, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
