First Interstate Bank Names Executives

William Chiang has joined First Interstate Bank, Los Angeles, as a vice president and relationship manager in the trust and private client services group, where he will provide customized financial services to affluent individuals, their familites and businesses, particularly in Southern California's Asian community.

Mr. Chiang is returning to First Interstate after a five-year absence, during which time he owned and operated a Los Angles-based business.

Jim Bruner has been appointed executive vice president and manager of trust and private client services for First Interstate's six-state Southwest Region.

Mr. Bruner will be responsible for all trust and private client banking services in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. He also will serve on First Interstate's trust council.

For the past five years, he has specialized in business transactions at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix.
