Hubco's Card Unit Promotes Three VPs

JERSEY CITY - Shoppers Charge Accounts Co., a private-label processor recently acquired by the New Jersey-based banking company Hubco Inc., has promoted three vice presidents to senior vice president.

The officers, who will reporting to the unit's president, Thomas Nelson, are:

* Michael Conley, responsible for management information systems coordination, credit authorization, new accounts, statement mailing, and credit card embossing. He joined the company in 1991 and previously worked at Integrated Resources and Morgan Guaranty Trust Co.

* Kevin Doyle, in charge of sales, credit card marketing, and store relations. Before joining Shoppers Charge Accounts in 1992, Mr. Doyle spent four years at Macy's and 17 years at Sears, Roebuck and Co.

* Linda Eichenbaum, overseeing operations, cardholder customer service, dealer service, lockbox, and dealer control. She will also serve as the liaison to Hubco's human resources department. She has 14 years' experience in customer service, operations, and human resources, including 10 years at Shoppers Charge Accounts.
