"Speed and quality of service are major differentiators in our industry," said Martin H. Heck, executive vice president and general manager of Raleigh, N.C.-based GE Capitol Mortgage. "On-line access means servicers won't have to fill out forms, make copies or fax documents." Once in the GE Network, servicers use a web browser to access information. The system requires an IBM or compatible PC, a high-speed modem, Windows software and a Netscape web browser.
