Russell Reynolds Names Executives

Russell Reynolds Associates, a New York-based executive recruiting firm, has hired two associates for its global banking practice.

Jeffrey G. Bell, who will be based in New York, rejoined the firm as a managing director, responsible for investment banking clients.

Elaine L. Small, based in London, was hired as a managing director, assigned to the global banking industry.

Mr. Bell was a managing director of Norman Broadbent International Inc., an executive recruiting firm. Earlier, he was president of Morgan Research Inc., a recruiting firm he co-founded in New York. Before that, Mr. Bell was with Russell Reynolds for seven years as a vice president.

Ms. Small was a managing director at J.P. Morgan Securities in London, responsible for research, trading, and sales of local currency denominated securities in Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Near East. In 1992, she joined J.P. Morgan in New York as a managing director overseeing origination, trading, and sales of U.S. fixed-income money market securities globally.
