In Brief: KeyCorp Branches for Maine's Camden National

Camden National Bank said Friday it has agreed to buy four offices with $54 million of deposits from KeyCorp's banking subsidiary in Maine. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter, were not disclosed.

Camden National Bank, which has $488 million of assets, would have 10 branches after the deal closes. It is the lead banking unit of Camden National Corp., which has assets of approximately $580 million.
