First Republic Bank of San Francisco has hired Melanie Krinsky and Mandie Rush as managing directors of its new film and media finance division.
Both join from Bank Leumi, where they had worked since 2003. Krinsky had been a first vice president and head of the entertainment banking group, and Rush was the vice president of the group.
Before Bank Leumi, Krinsky, who will also be head of the film and media finance division at First Republic, was an executive vice president with oversight for the commercial, entertainment, private banking and investment divisions and Mercantile National Bank. She began her career at Manufacturer’s Bank.
Rush was a senior vice president in the entertainment banking division of Mercantile. Her career in banking began at Security Pacific National Bank.
First Republic has $22.3 billion of assets.
