TCF Financial Corp. of Sioux Falls, S.D., has hired Tom Finnegan as an executive vice president and director of commercial banking for Illinois for its TCF National Bank.
Finnegan was the co-head and market manager for Illinois’s middle-market group at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
