Cynthia Treadwell has over ten years of mortgage lending and servicing experience.� She started her career in mortgage and banking litigation, representing some of the country�s largest lenders and servicers.� She entered the compliance arena in 2009 and has since been involved with major default servicing restructuring for various servicers and compliance program infrastructure design and management. She joined FIS Global-EGRC two years ago where she continues to work with mortgage servicing clients to build and enhance their Compliance Management Systems, perform CFPB Readiness and independent compliance audits and provides outsourced compliance monitoring, regulatory training, and process development and improvement expertise. She is also part of the team at FIS Global-EGRC that trains CFPB examiners on regulatory compliance subject matter including mortgage servicing, debt collection and credit reporting.
