Daniel Parry

Co-Founder, EVP, Chief Credit Officer

Daniel Parry co-founded Exeter Finance Corp in 2006, and presently serves as the company’s Chief Credit Officer. Prior to Exeter, Mr. Parry was Senior Vice President of Risk Management for AmeriCredit Corp, where he managed all aspects of modeling, and forecasting for a $12 billion portfolio. Prior to 2004, Parry was Vice President of Decision Science and was directly responsible for the design, development, and deployment of AmeriCredit’s custom acquisition scorecard system. He has extensive experience developing a broad spectrum of quantitative tools from acquisition through collections optimization. Prior to AmeriCredit, Mr. Parry was an adjunct faculty member in business at LeTourneau University, as well as a research associate for the Provost of the University of Texas at Dallas. He holds a B.S. in Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he was also a doctoral student in Management Science. Mr. Parry regularly contributes to industry panels, and has been published in the Journal of Performance Improvement.
