Darius Bozorgi is president and CEO of Veros, a national leader in valuation risk management, predictive analytics and decision-support technology applications for the financial services industries. Veros' customers include most of the top 100 U.S. mortgage firms, investment banks and capital markets participants.Mr. Bozorgi has forged many strategic alliances and partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading firms in the financial services and technology sectors, and has led Veros to repeated recognition as one of the top 25 mortgage technology companies in America. He has served on the boards of several companies and organizations such as the Real Estate Information Professionals Association (REIPA), an organization of many of the country�s largest real estate data and technology companies. He was a founding member and served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the Collateral Assessment Technologies Committee (CATC), representing most of the nation�s leading companies in that field.Mr. Bozorgi is frequently asked to speak to issues on housing, housing finance, practical applications of technologies and transparency of data in the financial services industry. He is also called to speak on these issues for media outlets such as Bloomberg, Reuters, CNBC, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal. He has been recognized by Mortgage Banking magazine as a Technology "All-Star" and led the company to receive the 2010-2011 Mortgage Technology "Synergy" award (for Veros' efforts as the official technology provider for the GSEs' Uniform Collateral Data Portal� and related work surround MISMO industry standardization) and most recently, received the 2014 Mortgage Technology 'Transforming Valuations' award.He earned a Bachelor's Degree in business from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Bozorgi co-founded Veros after spending most of his early career practicing law. He has been involved in the successful capitalization and operation of several technology and finance ventures. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor for the State of California.
