An international retail payments consultant, recognized industry expert, creator of growth strategies for new and existing markets, with more than 20 years experience consulting to banks. She has in-depth experience in mobile payments and credit cards. She has performed strategy work in 14 countries for top banks and payment companies, advising on product direction and competitive positioning, delivering in up to $20M in new revenue or $50M in operating cost savings, including MasterCard, Bank of America, Visa, and American Express.She serves as officer for the Smart Card Alliance Payments Council, co-founder, One Million Acts of Payment Innovation, co-founder, NY PAY networking group, and Certified Smart Card Industry Professional. A frequent keynote speaker and prolific author on topics of mobile and advanced payments innovation, she authored more than 25 articles and white papers, and spoke at 21 industry events in the past 7 years on payment security and product innovations for mobile, loyalty, most recently Smart Card Alliance Payments Summit 2014.
