Silverman is principal and owner of Silverman Benefits Group and a Employee Benefit Adviser 2015 Rising Star in Advising. For the previous 15 years, Silverman ran a multi-office voluntary insurance agency representing Aflac with locations in and around the Baltimore Metro area. He also worked as a national account coordinator with many notable clients in nearly every state.
